Back to the grind
It was a lovely few days in San Francisco. I didn't get all my workouts in but I think given my energy levels a couple of days and the fact that we walked around a lot, I'm alright. I'm ready to hop back into it this week though!

Last Week's Training
Monday (9/26) - 1 mile @ recovery and PSP
No more Zumba on Mondays! :( Instead I did a mile at recovery to warm up, and then a good ol' PSP workout.
Tuesday (9/27) - Rest day
Didn't feel up to anything at all...so I took the day off. :)
Wednesday (9/28) - 4x600m repeats, circuit training style
For the active rest sections:
15 x push-ups
35 x split squat jumps
Rotating Planks (center plank 20s, left side plank 20s, right side plank 20s) for 2 minutes
Thursday (9/29) - Zumba
We had an awesome turnout for Zumba! There were at least 6 people there and it just made the class actually seem like a class instead of a private lesson.
Friday (9/30) - ~4 miles of walking around SF
After waking up at 4AM that day, walking was the best alternative to running.
Saturday (10/1) - ~3-4 miles of walking around SF
More touristy things!
Sunday (10/2) - ~2-3 miles of walking to and from the Raiders vs. Pats game
The Raiders fans weren't that bad!
