Breakfast IS the most important meal of the day!

Are you a breakfast skipper?

Well, knock it off already!

Even though you may think you're doing yourself a favor to fit into those skinny jeans, research shows otherwise.

According to the study,  breakfast skippers are twice as likely to pack on the pounds compared to their breakfast eating counterparts.  They're also more likely to experience large drops in energy and general well-being.  This may be due in part to increased levels of the hormone ghrelin.  Ghrelin main job in the body is to tell your brain that you're hungry, so increasing levels could cause you to eat a overly large meal or for some, trigger a binge.

Don't like traditional breakfast foods? Doesn't matter, just so long as you eat something in the morning.
