PB&B Protein Smoothie

PB&B Protein Smoothie
1 small to medium banana
2 tbsp. natural peanut butter
4 oz. fat free french vanilla yogurt
3 tbsp. pasteurized egg whites

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth, scraping peanut butter off the sides if necessary.

If you're not a fan of egg whites, you could always substitute some whey protein. I've never found a whey protein that doesn't upset my stomach so I tend towards egg whites for my protein. :)
