Thursday Tips: Dress the part!

Need an excuse to buy more clothes? Well, here you go!

Experts say that feeling confident in your workout clothes can keep you motivated to exercise and help you put more effort into it. Makes perfect sense to me! I wouldn't want to workout feeling frumpy or uncomfortable.
