The Road Not Taken

I have never been much for poetry. I find the need to dissect and intricately analyze the written word for a hidden or true meaning tedious. As an engineer, I value succinctness.

And yet, I have always loved Robert Frost's The Road Not Taken.

Perhaps it's because I often take the path less traveled. Nutritionally speaking, I certainly don't eat the standard American diet. I'm also rather public with my eating habits i.e. weighing my food out using a food scale and eating small  frequent meals.

The path less traveled is often scrutinized by those not traveling it though.

But I've come to the point in my life where I have decide not to give the scrutiny any thought.  The standard American diet didn't work for me and I've learned what to do right. I follow the Standard Sarah Diet which has a forthcoming constitution. :)
