Weekly Weigh-In: 4/8/11

Weight: 125.8 
Body Fat: 20.8% + 3 = 23.8%
Measurements: 34"-26"-34"-17.5" 

I think that I would be lying if I attributed this week's upward swing to my period and a lot of tough workouts with water retention. My diet (I mean this in the truest sense of the word, the food one consumes) has been off with too many overindulgences. It's time to nip that trend in the bud. I've already figured out the reasoning behind the chocolate chips, so now it's time to start making little changes to get my diet back to where it should be.

Fortunately, as I'm departing for Norway for a whole week, that should be relatively easy. I'm not a huge fan of Norwegian food so that means my lunches are going to become bread, cheese, egg and some fruit. My dinners will be chicken, broccoli and a little bit of cheese and my breakfasts will pretty much stay the same.

I've got a date with my quality engineer in the lab this morning and I've got some packing to do tonight. Then tomorrow a flight to catch.  Check-in next Monday for the first of two posts in the "Sarah's Norwegian Adventure" series. :)
