The PSP Workout

All that time I spent creating a body weight workout?

Wasted. I'm not even going to use it today.

Why?

I decided the simpler, the better. When the acronym PSP popped into my mind as I was thinking about what I would do tonight, I knew I'd hit the mark.

  • Push ups,


  • Squats,


  • Planks

or PSP as I've shortened it.  These three exercises are ranked among the most effective, and if you're short on space, time or equipment, they're especially ideal.  Tonight I alternated 2 minute sets of each exercise with 1 minute of rest for a total of 30 minutes and my arms feel like jelly.

Sometimes you just have to keep it simple!
