We all know understanding portion size is one of the key elements to a successful long-term weight loss and maintenance. So how do you stop yourself from eating too much?

Don't eat out of the containers!

Studies show that people will eat approximately 120 less calories by portioning out single servings into single serving containers.  You could even take this a little further and portion out an entire weeks worth of servings and store them that way. You'll find yourself eating less and possibly losing more!
