Weekly Weigh-In: 02/4/2011

Weight: 124.0 
Body Fat: 19.3% + 3% = 22.3%
Measurements: 34"-26"-33.5"-18" 

It's been a rough couple of weeks. My weight is still in the safe range, and I haven't been slacking on my workouts, but my diet just feels out of control. I'm eating more sweets than I'm used to, and I know too much sugar isn't good for me.

I'd like to blame most of this on work and snow, but honestly? 

Honestly, I'm in control of what I consume and I should be making better decisions, time constraints be damned. I can't let excuses get in the way of my commitment to a healthy lifestyle. It's actually funny that I posted a little how-to on grocery shopping yesterday because I haven't even been to the grocery store to shop for myself in a good two-three weeks.  Maybe that should have been a bullet, "Go to the grocery store at regular intervals."

I finally have a full weekend where I don't have to worry about going into work and I'm spending that weekend at home. That should provide me with more than ample time to tackle the to-do list of chores that is growing like a weed.  I've got to go grocery shopping, do the laundry, clean the apartment up a bit and plan my birthday brunch menu for next weekend.
