Thursday Tips: You do have time to exercise!

Do you know what the most common excuse for not exercising is?

Any guesses? I bet you probably already know what it is!

"I just don't have time!"

However, I contend that you do indeed have time. 

Do you have ten free minutes three-four times a day? Probably!

Any time you can fit in 10 minutes of walking, try to. You'll reap the same benefits you would if you walked continuously for 30-40 minutes.  You can even fit some basic strength training into ten minutes as well.  Just do a quick set of squats, push-ups and lunges and resume your day.
