Thursday Tips: Want to accomplish more?

Did you make a resolution this year to get healthy?

Is it not going so well?  Are you so focused on the big picture that getting healthy seems like a daunting task?

Next time you feel overwhelmed by your goals, sit down with a pencil and some paper and make a list.

Make a list of the little things you need to do to get to your end goal, and think about the goal in a concrete manner. If you keep your goal too abstract, it'll be difficult to focus on it daily and work towards achieving it.

However, there's no need to get too intricately detailed in your planning process. Keep it simple and take a page out of Nike's book: Just do it!
