Since it's my last week here and I have this tradition of going to my absolute favorite Italian restaurant ever, my coworkers and I went out to dinner at Felini in Drammen last night. They make their pastas by hand and have the most delicious ravioli! I had the Ravioli Alla Toscana which is strips of beef, garlic, tomato sauce, pesto sauce, white wine, basil and chilli in a creamy sauce. It was a very rich dish, but for some reason it didn't upset my stomach at all.
Afterwards, we took a stroll down Drammen's riverside promenade and we came across this thing called a river harp:
There's an explanation on how it works next to the harp, but I'm not exactly an acoustics engineer so the Braille above it was as useful to me as the explanation in English was. It sounded pretty, I guess, but I think if it were dark out it'd sound pretty creepy.
After our walk, we stopped at the grocery store so I could get some more yogurt, bananas and broccoli for the remaining couple of days I have here. I'm pretty proud of myself, I didn't feel awkward at all paying for my food and I actually knew what she meant when she said, "Vil du en posen?" After the grocery store, I came back to the dorms and went out for a quick circuit training workout.
I haven't been doing my yoga as much as I should, but I did run through the warmup set twice last night just to get a stretch in after the circuit training workout. Tonight I've got a 10K treadmill run scheduled and I will probably do the yoga workout for Wednesday because it focuses on balance.
