Thanksgiving Leftovers?


I'm sure everyone has a few Thanksgiving leftovers that they're trying to figure out what to do with.

I had quite a bit of leftover homemade Gingered-Cranberry Sauce, so I decided to utilize my favorite french toast recipe (see: Recipe Review: Ciabatta French Toast with Marmalade Drizzle).

I substituted a half cup of the Gingered-Cranberry sauce for the Orange Marmalade and juiced the leftover orange I had from making the Orange-Buttermilk Dinner Rolls. It was an excellent breakfast. :)
