Lack of internets make squirrels crabby!

The internet died for the first time last night.  I'm hoping this isn't a trend, but at the very least it motivated me to push a little harder on my run than I would have normally. 

I managed 10K in 66:39 on the treadmill last night putting me at roughly a 10:45min/mile pace, which isn't too awful.  I'm pretty sure I can do better than that, but I'm going to have to start plotting my runs a little better when I get back to get truer distances for recording purposes. I want to be able to complete that Running With the Wolves 10K in a reasonable amount of time!

Since I didn't do my yoga yesterday morning, I attempted it after my run.  I was able to complete the four warmup rounds but only managed to get through one round of the actual Tuesday workout.  I overslept again today (I'm sensing a trend here) and didn't manage to get up until 7:15.  I decided I'd rather have fresh warm oats than do yoga, so I didn't work through the Wednesday workout this morning.

I am planning on doing the Wednesday yoga workout today after my circuit training.  It's apparently a set of poses to help you work on balance, so it should be pretty interesting for someone like me.  I anticipate falling over a few times.
