Lately I find myself very inflexible.

Physical inflexibility is easily remedied however and to that end I've decided that my goal for this week is to follow every daily yoga workout in my Om Yoga book. Each day starts out with a series of warm up poses which should be completed four times, and then proceeds on into the meat of the workout.  Today's workout was the Sun Saluation of which I did two rounds, one for the left and one for the right.

With any luck, I can make morning yoga time a habit and become more flexible!
