I went into Oslo yesterday with a couple of my coworkers to sightsee. It was a good way to spend the day, and it definitely made the time pass more quickly. Unfortunately for me though, I seem to have a mildly injured foot caused referred pain on the inside of of my right knee. I cut the day trip a little short and came back to the dorms around 5. I spent most of the night trying to stretch my leg out and figure out why my foot/knee hurt. I think that it's a product of not enough foot/calf stretching which sucks, but at least I can work on fixing it.
I only got through 15 minutes of my pilates DVD yesterday in addition to the 16400 steps I walked, but I think with a mild injury that's okay by me.
I've only got six more days left in Norway and the countdown is on! I'm already planning how my Friday will go. :)
